I really want to live in Utah!

Let me list the reasons why I want to live in Utah, and then I will explain.

  • There's sooooo many cute winter clothes that I want, but I can't seem to justify buying them with Josh because, and I quote, "it's not cold enough in Texas for any of that."

  • We have sooooooo many friends in Utah and Camie and Juan are supposedly going to be moving there as well...at some point.

  • Josh's family is there.

  • I would be closer to both of my sisters and maybe we could actually get together. I can't remember the last time we hung out together, just the three of us, that would be fun.

  • There's a house that I really want to live in. Josh's family calls it the Goshen house, but his great grandpa, I think, built it in 1901. I really want to buy it and fix it up! I think it would be so fun! Once I can find the picture of it on my computer, I will add it.

  • We would most likely be able to attend a young ward. Now, don't get me wrong, I really do like my ward, but we just don't have any friends here. Well, we do have a few, but they live all the way in North Austin. I hardly know anybody in my ward because we were put into nursery right away.

Okay, that's all I can think of right now. But, it will for sure be a few years before we move to Texas. The one thing that would make it better would be if my family would follow me there! That would be awesome. I never wanted to marry somebody who had a family somewhere different than mine, because I've seen with my sisters that it kind of sucks not having them around. I've always wished that both families would live in the same city, or at least same state. Oh well, what can you do? I really would like to win a shopping spree so that I can get all of these...I need a new wardrobe. Here's what I've been eyeing lately.

It just keeps going down

I got gas today for $2.27. Crazy, huh? And it only cost me $22 to fill up! Just thought I would let you know!

P.S. I think I just one the "shortest post" and "lamest post" award all in one! Go me!

My husband is such a guy!

Okay, so we are watching this movie right now called Game Plan. Anyway, they have this part that has the girls in slow motion doing ballet. And the only word that comes out of his mouth is, "WOW." Then he looks at me and says, "it's kind of cool to see how high they jump off the ground." Is he kidding me? Does he really think that I'm that stupid. He's not the only one who noticed that the girls jumping wasn't the only thing moving in slow motion...I think you know what I mean. Anyway, I knew he was just trying to cover up his little lie, because they he just laughed. Anyway, he's such a guy! But I still love him. I, too, am guilty for noticing the same thing he did.

Gas Prices.

So, I'm just wondering what the gas prices are where everybody else lives. I was driving through Austin today and I saw gas for $2.87. I was shocked. I mean, I knew that gas had been going down, but it was cool to see it under $3.00. The majority I see though is about $3.05 or so. Just wondering what it is in your neck of the woods?

Pictures of us!

Here are some pictures that we took today between the first and second sessions of conference! Josh's mom needed some updated pictures of us for a project, so that's what today's activity was! I'm going to number the pictures, so tell me which ones you think are the best. They aren't all serious, but some of them are just cute! Thanks!

Updates on us!

So, I'm using my brother's computer now and so I am able to download all of my pics! YAY! So, here are a few things that have been going on at the Liddell household.

#1 We got two new puppies...I don't know what we were thinking. They are cute, but a lot of work! We love them, though.

#2 My husband fixed our dryer.

#3 I was in Utah for Bonnie and Brady's wedding!

#4 I went back to being blonde...today! (This is all for you Carianne) As much as I miss Carianne and know that I could never replace her, I have finally found, after about a year and a half, somebody who I might be able to live with doing my hair for a while. She's no Carianne (maybe I'm just biased because Carianne did my hair for about 6 years, but still). I have to say I am pretty happy with it. I miss you Carianne!

Well, I'm sure that there's a lot more that's been going on, but this is call I can think of right now. Hope you enjoy!
